Roc d'Enfer Ski Area

Roc d’Enfer is St Jean d’Aulps’ ski area, home to quiet tree-lined pistes and stunning views. The local mountains range from 1000 to 2244m in altitude, providing plenty of opportunities for fun on skis and snowboards during winter in St.Jean d’Aulps.
The Roc d’Enfer ski area comprises 32 pistes, providing something for everyone. There are 2 black pistes suited to experts, 12 red pistes for intermediates, 11 blue pistes, and 7 green pistes. Together, they make 51km of marked skiable terrain. These slopes are serviced by 18 ski lifts, including a telecabine, chairlifts, and 2 rope tows.
To ensure reliable snow cover, Roc d’Enfer has 130 snow cannons. These extend the winter season for as long as possible by coating the slopes in artificial snow when the temperatures are low.

As St. Jean is so close to the more well-known ski resorts of Morzine, Les Gets, and Avoriaz, our pistes are often deserted. It’s often like having your own ski resort.
